this week has indeed been a week of meetings...

first of all... meeting with God in cg... the atmosphere was awesome man... i hope every week cg can be like this... i also met Him during our short worship session with pr eng eng and post modern gang...

second... meeting with friends... thank God for friends... i didn't go to school on the last day of school... so didn't really get to catch up with them... also missed the fun in cleaning up the classroom... so we went out for a movie on monday... thank you again kok pun and yi ming.

thirdly... meeting with post modernism team... it was refreshing to catch up with pr eng eng and also alwin and jessica... once again, God spoke to me... Psalms 1... also interesting to know that hey, i am doing something here to change the world for better... in this postmodern era, what am i contributing? i am glad i went for the conference... it taught me not to take everything for granted but to serach for the reason... i am glad that i ahve this extra something i can't wait to give out...

fourthly... meeting with the no apologies team... again refreshing to get in touch with people like dixon, ken, sonia and also eileen... glad to know that we are on the same rescue team with the same rescue mission to spread the message of abstinence to the younger ones...

one thing pr eng eng pointed out which i find rather interesting was this... she said that i am always joining people not from my age group, yet i did not feel the disparity... guess that's God's gift to me...

pr eng eng also shared something really interesting from the bible. Leviticus 6:12 " the fire on the altar must be kept burning, it must not go out. every morning the priest is to add firewood and arrange the burnt offering on the fire and burn the fat of the fellowship offerings on it."

ADD - Fan the Flame of Faith
ARRANGE - Lay out your Life
BURN - Give it up to God
we after all, are God's royal priesthood. therfore, keep the fire in us burning, it MUST never go out.

which leads me to my next point... everyone seemed to be quite hyped out about Planet Shakers coming to town... especially coming to our own church... hey people... are we hyped out for the right reason? is it because we really see it as an event where God move mightiy and touch hearts and change lives? or is it because Planet Shakers is coming? people... let's set our focus...
after all said and done... i can't wait for tomorrow. remember... people, we can do our little small part to serve... so, if you are called to help, please be willing to help because you r being rewarded in heaven... hahah... see u all tomorrow...
